Return & Shipping Policy


  1. If an item is damaged we can offer a full refund of the item or a replacement for the same item or item if equal value*

  2. Should the item become lost, we will contact our courier to investigate further, please allow time for the courier to contact us with their findings for this.

If you receive an item and within 7 days decide you are not happy with your purchase, we can accept the returned item for a refund*

*item(s) need to be returned with their original packaging and labels. Item must not have been washed, or worn beforehand. Upon receiving the item a refund shall only be issued if guidelines for item returns have been met, or a charge of cost price may be applicable.

  1. Shipping charges are shown before any payment is made to us for item(s) you wish to purchase at checkout.

  2. Although items have been shown to take an average of 4 days to arrive from our customer feedback, delivery can take up to 10 days during peak times for our couriers e.g. Christmas, bank holidays. 

  3. Packages are tracked track from our end to ensure they arrive to you as efficiently as possible. 

  4. Although every effort is made to pack everything is one package, should be order be large enough it shall be split for more convenient post, and as such one may arrive slightly earlier due to how couriers sometimes work.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:
