If an item is damaged we can offer a full refund of the item or a replacement for the same item or item if equal value*
Should the item become lost, we will contact our courier to investigate further, please allow time for the courier to contact us with their findings for this.
If you receive an item and within 7 days decide you are not happy with your purchase, we can accept the returned item for a refund*
*item(s) need to be returned with their original packaging and labels. Item must not have been washed, or worn beforehand. Upon receiving the item a refund shall only be issued if guidelines for item returns have been met, or a charge of cost price may be applicable.
